Janelee Chaparro has been appointed as Miss World Puerto Rico 2012 at the Eternal Lounge of the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel in San Juan on Thursday 26th April, 2012. Janelee Chaparro was the 1st runner-up in Miss World Puerto Rico 2011.
Janelee Chaparro will represent Puerto Rico in Miss World 2012 beauty contest which is the 62nd edition of Miss World beauty contest, and it will held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia on 18th August, 2012.
