Miss North Harbour, Talia Bennett has been selected A New Miss Universe New Zealand 2012 title winner by Miss Universe New Zealand Organisers after Avianca Bohm had lost her bid for citizenship.
Now, Talia will represent New Zea Land in the 61st edition of Miss Universe 2012 beauty pageant which will be held in December, 2012.
She also said that “It has been sad and unfortunate how events have unfolded and I am truly humbled in accepting my selection. I was “mindful of the very high standards” and I accepted “the challenge and responsibility … to justify this significant honour”.
Talia said that “sad and unfortunate” how the crown came to be stripped from her.
Talia Bennett says (in her own words), “By nature I am a very hardworking and determined individual, so I endeavor to give everything my best shot.”
