Carmen Fernandes has been won the Miss Republica Portuguesa TQI 2012 title at the grand finale of Miss Republica Portuguesa 2013 beauty pageant at the Olga Cadaval Cultural Center in Sintra on Friday 27th July, 2012.
Carmen will represent Portugal in Miss Tourism Queen International 2012 beauty pageant.
